An effective organisation

Our organisation is structured as a matrix that combines line management and project orgnisation. The matrix principle is the optimum solution for our organisation with its short decision-making processes and clearly defined responsibilities. A matrix organisation enables us to produce value-creating activities and maximise the effects of synergies in the group.

Value chain and function areas

The primary activities in our company's value chain include product development, production, marketing, sales and distribution. All parts of the value chain are supported by a common HR & organisation Development function as well as a Finance, Accounting and IT department.

The HÅG, RH, BMA and RBM brands are managed and administered by separate Brand Managers.
