What is a warranty on your products?
RH - 10 year warranty on products purchased after 1st of February 2010
(if used up to 9 hours a day)
HAG - 10 year warranty on products purchased after 1st January 2004
(if used up to 9 hours a day)
RBM - 6 year warranty on products purchased after 1st of February 2010
(if used up to 9 hours a day).
BMA - gives a 10 year factory warranty, of which 3 (three) years is fully comprehensive for all new products delivered.
RH & HAG chairs - General warranty terms 2017:
- 10 Year Warranty
Flokk provides a 10 year warranty for all RH chairs that are used under normal conditions for up to 9 hours per day.
24/7 - 5 Year Warranty
Flokk provides a 5 year warranty for RH chairs that are approved for control room or 24/7 use. Upholstery is not covered under these terms unless its an RH approved 24/7 fabric.
>9 hours/day - 5 Year Warranty
Flokk provides a 5 year warranty for all RH chairs that are in normal use for more than 9 hours per day.
RBM tables and chairs - General warranty terms 2017
Flokk Ltd provides a 6 year warranty for all RBM chairs and tables that are in normal use for up to 9 hours per day.
The BMA Ergonomics product range consists of three groups:
1 - office chairs and visitors chairs
2 - ESD and cleanroom chairs
3 - 24/7 chairs and chairs with Smart Chair technologyAll Axia Classic ergonomic office chairs meet the latest standards EN 1335 and NPR 1813
The following applies to product groups 1 and 2:
BMA Ergonomics gives a 10 (ten) year factory warranty, of which 3 (three) years is fully comprehensive for all new products delivered.
The following applies to product group 3:
BMA Ergonomics gives a 3 (three) year, fully comprehensive warranty on all new products that have been delivered, except for the electrical components (Smart Chair technology). A one 1 (one) year, comprehensive warranty applies to these items.
RBM – 6 year warranty for RBM products
Flokk provides a 6 year warranty for all RBM Chairs/tables that are in normal use for up to 9 hours per day. Please also see the general warranty terms and conditions. Covers chairs and tables delivered after 01.02.2010 Unless otherwise specified, the maximum weight for users is 110 kg.
24/7 - 2 year warranty
Flokk provides a 2 year warranty for RBM office chairs that are specifically purchased for 24 hour use and which are upholstered in 24/7 approved fabrics/leather from Flokk’s Standard Textile & Colour Collection. Please also see the general warranty terms and conditions.
What does the warranty cover?
Flokk’s warranty covers all Flokk products against material and manufacturing faults and defects from the product's production date.
The warranty covers any necessary spare parts.
Labour and transport costs are not covered. Wear and tear must be expected from normal use and are not covered by the warranty.
The warranty is conditional on the chair/table and fabrics/leather undergoing normal cleaning.The guarantee does not cover the consequence of wear and stains when choosing a light (white) colour for plastic or metal components.
What is a lead time on your chairs/tables?
Lead time vary from 5 working days to 6 weeks (depends on model/fabric).
