Chairman of the Board​

Lars was previously CEO of HÅG and Scandinavian Business Seating later named Flokk between 2001 and September 2024. Previously he had senior management experience from Tomra, SCA Mølnlycke, Jordan and Coloplast. 

Lars has also board roles in several Norwegian companies. Chair of the board in Protan as, Vice Chair in Ekornes, member of the board in Glamox and the Advisory board of Cappelen Holding as.

He holds a Master degree from Norwegian Business School (BI)

Current position:
Managing Partner at Triton

​Thomas is an Investment Advisory Professional and co-leads the TMM Investment team. He is also Head of the Nordics, oversees the Netherlands and is a member of the Consumer and Health sectors.

Thomas joined Triton in 2012 from the private equity company Ratos where he was an Investment Director, having joined the firm in 2001.

​Thomas began his career in 1994 at Enskilda (SEB) as a Business Analyst and subsequently held the positions of Brand Manager at Arla Foods and of Senior Associate at Booz & Company.

​​He holds a MSc in Business and Economics from Uppsala University.​

Current position:
Investment Advisory Professional at Triton

​Prior to joining, Joachim was a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group in Norway, where he focused on private equity, retail/consumer goods and financial services.

​​Before that, Joachim worked at Accenture in Oslo.

​​He holds an MBA from INSEAD, and an M.Sc. in Accounting and Finance from London School of Economics. ​

Current position:
CEO at Resonate Interiors

​Pernille has vast experience from the architect and design industry having founded the UK based interior architect firm Resonate Interiors in 2012.

​​Before starting Resonate Pernille worked for several design practices and founded Canvas Creative in 1997, merging it into Scott Brownrigg in 2006.

​​In April 2011, Pernille joined the interiors division of TP Bennett leading projects for PWC, JP Morgan and British Telecom.

​​She holds a HND degree in Interior Design from Berkshire college of art and design​.

Senior industry expert

​Mrs. Landmark holds extensive experience from the furniture industry and is currently serving on multiple boards including as the Chairman of the Norwegian furniture manufacturer LK Hjelle.

​​She has previously worked for many years in the industry and lastly held the position as CEO of Slettvoll Møbler, a leading Norwegian residential furniture manufacturer​.
