Flo Health is behind one of the world's most widely used women's health apps, offering cycle tracking, symptom monitoring and health content reviewed by more than 120 medical experts. As the company expanded, its previous office no longer matched the size of the team or the energy of the organisation.
Its new headquarters at International House, overlooking St Katharine Docks, was designed by Kitt Offices and delivered on a compressed timeline. The brief was to attract talent, strengthen collaboration and work equally well for on-site and remote staff, with Flokk furniture specified for the areas where the team comes together.
Connection Platforms create the presentation zone, a flexible setting for team gatherings, workshops and cross-functional sessions. In the coffee area, 24 Connection Centro Stools give colleagues a natural place for informal conversation and help build a sense of community across the office.
The result is a workplace that supports both group interaction and individual work, and one that is drawing people back. As Josephine Jeffrey, Senior Legal Counsel at Flo Health, puts it, "I know myself, I only used to go in one day a week, but now I'll be in about two or three times a week."
