Flokk delivered furniture solutions for the teachers’ team rooms at the newly built School Wiesental in Baar, Switzerland. The project focused on creating staff spaces that support daily teaching work, collaboration, and shared use across different activities.

The main requirement was to furnish team and staff rooms that are used throughout the day for focused computer work, informal meetings, breaks, and collaboration. The solution needed to be flexible, durable, and suitable for multiple users, while maintaining consistency across different spaces within the school.

A multibrand furniture solution was selected to address these varied requirements within a single, coordinated setup. Ergonomic task seating supports computer-based work, while dining-height seating, soft seating, and tables enable informal meetings, collaboration, and breaks without the need for separate rooms or specialist furniture.

In shared team and dining areas, seating solutions including HÅG Celi and Profim Com chairs support everyday use across different user groups. Complementary soft seating from Profim, Connection, and Offecct creates more informal zones within the same spaces, including Connection Kuppel Booths, Offecct Carry On stools, and Profim Chic lounge chairs. This allows staff to choose seating based on task and preference throughout the day.

In dedicated computer-based work areas, HÅG Capisco Puls chairs support active sitting and movement, helping to maintain comfort during longer periods of focused work.

The project demonstrates how a consistent selection of proven furniture solutions can support multiple activities, simplify specification, and be applied efficiently across educational staff environments.
