Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation to the email account that you stated in the order. As soon as your order is approved by the factory you will receive a further email providing an estimated delivery date. As soon as your order is about to leave us in Denmark we will send you an update with a specific delivery date.

Prices and payment
All prices are in DKK including VAT. You can pay with Visa and Mastercard. When you place your order, the amount will be reserved at your account and we will withdraw the amount when your order is leaving our warehouse in Copenhagen.
All orders are built to order within 2 to 3 weeks after ordering. To make it easy for you, all our products are delivered to your home free of charge. Our delivery covers all of Denmark apart from Færøerne and Grønland. All orders are carried by GLS and their Private Delivery Flex Service. Delivery times are between 07:00- 17:00. GLS will update you with more specific delivery information when the parcel is on its way. If your order is delayed, you will be contacted by customer service.
If you want to cancel your order, please contact our customer service on email email@example.com or phone 99 50 55 00 as soon as possible. If you already have received your order, you have 14 days of return rights. We would appreciate that you contact our customer service before returning any products so that we can provide you with a return label.
When we receive your product, we will check the product and after that we will refund the amount excl the return cost (DKK 300 per chair). Payment will be refunded at the latest 14 days from the day we received the return. The amount will be credited to the account you payed with.
