CEO Interim / Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) 

Syse Christiansen joined Flokk in March 2026 as the Group´s CFO.

He holds a Master of Science in Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) where he graduated in 2003 and a Master in Marketing Management from The Norwegian Business School (BI). He also has executive management training in retail and global strategic management from Harvard Business School and postgraduate studies in finance from The Norwegian Business School (BI).

Syse Christiansen has prior work experience as a CFO and within corporate finance from XXL, CircleK, Storebrand Bank and Posten Bring. In addition, he has co-founded several software and renewable technology companies including Otovo, Wanda, Cardboard and European Distributed Energy Assets.

Senior Vice President, Group HR

Ivarson joined Flokk in 2007. She is responsible for the Group's overall HR function including internal and external communication, recruitment, learning, HR administration, culture and values, working climate and facility management.

Ivarson has her education from the University of Linköping in Sweden and Haute Ecole de Commerce Nantes in France within Business and French language.

Prior to joining Flokk, she held positions within finance and human resources in Norsk Hydro and Yara International.

Senior Vice President, Products & Brands

Elisabeth Barrie joined Flokk in 2025 and leads global design and product development, sustainability, marketing, and brand strategy across Flokk’s portfolio of brands.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Business from the University of Technology Sydney, and a master’s in International Economics and Management from SDA Bocconi in Milan.

Before joining Flokk, Barrie was Global Head of Commercial Digital at Volvo Cars and has held executive roles at Vipps and Schibsted.

Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations Europe

Sitter joined Flokk in 2014 and is the overall responsible for the commercial activities of Flokk's brands in Europe.

He is a graduate from Leipzig Graduate School of Management (HHL).

He has prior work experience as management consultant at Arthur D. Little and from several management positions as ThyssenKrupp.

Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations North America

Jason Harmsey joined Flokk in 2026 and is responsible for leading all commercial activities across Flokk’s portfolio of brands in North America.

He is a graduate of the IMM Institute of Marketing Management and brings extensive international leadership experience to the organization.

Prior to joining Flokk, Harmsey held senior leadership positions with Seating Pty Ltd in South Africa and Humanscale, where he served in global leadership roles.

In his role at Flokk, Jason is focused on accelerating growth, enhancing customer engagement, and advancing the company’s strategic objectives throughout North America.

Senior Vice President, International

Fogstad joined Flokk in 2013 and is responsible for sales to all markets outside Europe.

Fogstad's academic foundation is adorned by a Bachelor of Science in Management and Finance, conferred by the University of Wyoming. Further, he holds an MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona.

Prior to joining Flokk, Fogstad held positions in Varier Furniture, Intersport, Kellogg's, Middelfart and Coca Cola.

Senior Vice President, M&A, Group Business Development and Strategy

Wismer joined Flokk in 2017 and is responsible for the Group's activities in mergers and acquisitions, Group business development and strategy.

He holds a Master of Science in Applied Economics and Finance from Copenhagen Business School.

Prior to joining Flokk, Wismer held positions in Schibsted Media Group, Arctic Securities, Norden Corporate Finance and Deloitte Consulting.

Senior Vice President, Manufacturing & Purchasing Operations

Röstlund joined the Group in 2010 with key responsibilities to integrate and develop the purchasing function of the Group and set the corporate strategies for procurement and supply chain. He is currently responsible for overseeing Flokk's operations, including manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, logistics, customer service and quality.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Uddevalla.

Prior work experience relates to companies such as Opel, Saab Automobile and General Motors.
