We provide you with an individual offer tailored entirely with your needs in mind – from upholstery cleaning to repair of individual parts to replacement chairs.

Third-party chairs

Our analysis also extends to third-party chairs. With these chairs, however, we only make a recommendation. Repairs must be requested and carried out by the manufacturer.

Our expertise

The Service Department performs all types of Giroflex office chair repairs, professionally and backed by a great deal of experience.

On-site repairs

Minor repairs and replacement of wearing parts can be carried out directly at your premises. Our service technicians are on the road with optimally equipped vehicles.

For more complex or exceptional repairs, we take your chair with us and restore it in our workshop.

Original spare parts

We keep a large assortment of spare parts in stock. We not only repair current models but also make older Giroflex chairs functional again with original spare parts.

Replacement seating

On request, we provide you with a replacement chair for use until your repaired chair is returned to you.

Our care

We offer efficient cleaning of soiled fabric and leather upholstery. Cleaning is done directly at your premises. Our service vans are equipped with the appropriate tools for the job. A functional check after cleaning is a matter of course for us.

Fabric cleaning

A special cleaning device is used to clean the upholstery with water and detergent. Impurities are flushed out and vacuumed away.

On request, Giroflex will treat cover materials on your office chairs with stain protection. Giroflex CleanGuard creates a "lotus effect", where practically all substances roll off the upholstery surfaces and can be dabbed off with a cloth.

Leather cleaning

Light stains are removed with a special detergent, after which a care lotion is used to nourish and protect the leather.

New upholstery fabric

If your fabric or leather cover is too soiled to clean, we will make you an offer for a new cover.
