Flokk works to protect your personal integrity on the Internet. That is why we have formulated a policy on how personal information is used. The policy terms are subject to change, so please read them again next time you visit our website.


Flokk assumes responsibility for all personal information that you provide. We use this information, for example, to ensure that you come into contact with an authorised Flokk dealer, or to obtain other information. We only send information and offers for marketing purposes to visitors who have requested and approved this.

Information is used only within Flokk (and its subsidiaries) and Flokk will not forward your personal
information to a third party.

In certain cases we may store information about you of a general nature and which cannot identify
you. This may include, for example, which type of web browser and operating system you use.


These terms of sale apply when you, as a consumer, make purchases on the Flokk Store and are the terms and conditions on which we supply products to you.

Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide products to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information.

You must be 18 years old to act on the Flokk Store.

We are under a legal duty to supply products that are in conformity with this contract. Nothing in these terms will affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and/or Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).


Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to accept it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.

If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of and will not charge you for the product.

We will assign an order number to your order and tell you what it is when we accept your order. It will help us if you can tell us the order number whenever you contact us about your order.

If we have to contact you we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address or postal address you provided to us in your order.


The price of the product will be the price indicated on the order pages when you placed your order. The price includes VAT and all charges and additional costs for the purchase.

If the rate of VAT changes between your order date and the date we supply the product, we will adjust the rate of VAT that you pay, unless you have already paid for the product in full before the change in the rate of VAT takes effect.

You may choose to pay by Visa and Mastercard. If you use credit or debit card, the purchase sum will be reserved on the card upon order. You must pay for the products before we dispatch them. Your card will be charged on the same day the products are shipped.

It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products we sell may be incorrectly priced. We will normally check prices before accepting your order so that, where the product's correct price at your order date is less than our stated price at your order date, we will charge the lower amount. If the product's correct price at your order date is higher than the price stated to you, we will contact you for your instructions before we accept your order.

The order confirmation and receipt will be sent by e-mail.


The colours displayed may be different on your device than the colour of the finished product.

Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, the appearance of colour on your device depends on various factor, e.g. on your screen resolution and your product may vary slightly from those images.

Contact us if you would like to learn more or to get help choosing the right colour.


We will deliver the item(s) using a standard courier service. You are responsible for the assembly and set up, but you can find tutorial videos on our Flokk YouTube channel.
The normal delivery period is approximately 10 working days after we have received your order. Delivery takes place with a carrier in UK mainland only, to the address provided by you when ordering. We deliver all over the UK mainland only.
The standard courier will deliver to the ground floor entrance of the buyer’s premises and unless agreed otherwise shall not assemble the Goods.

If the products are delayed, we will contact you and inform you when we expect to be able to deliver. In any event all deliveries will be completed within 30 days after the day on which we accept your order. If there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any Products you have paid for but not received.

The products will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the Product to the address you gave us. You own the products once we have received payment in full.

On day of dispatch our currier will email or text you with track & trace number so you can track your package. This e-mail or text will be sent to the e-mail address or phone number provided by you during your order.


If your Product is damaged in relation to delivery, we ask you to immediately notify Flokk's Customer Services by email: info-uk@flokk.com or tel.+44(0)20 8683 9930 We have to report the transport damage to the carrier 1–3 days after delivery, and it is therefore important, and is of major importance to us, that you report the damage before this time expires. This applies to both visible and concealed transport damages. If the damage is visible, you should notify the driver of this upon when you receive the shipment. Ask the driver to notice the damage to your copy of the delivery note. Always remember to save the packaging for any return or complaint so that it can be handled correctly.


In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, as a consumer, you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund. This 14 days period runs from the day you received your delivery.

In addition to the right of withdrawal above you may end the contract in the following circumstances:

• if what you have bought is faulty or misdescribed;
• we have told you about an upcoming change to the product or these terms which you do not agree
• we have told you about an error in the price or description of the product you have ordered and you do not wish to proceed;
• there is a risk that supply of the products may be significantly delayed; or
• you have a legal right to end the contract because of something we have done wrong.

We ask you to contact Customer Services before returning any products by emailing info-uk@flokk.com or by calling +44(0)20 8683 9930 to be sent a return label.

If you are exercising the right of withdrawal or you right to end the contract you should contact Customer Services by emailing info-uk@flokk.com or by calling +442086839930 and (in case of the right of withdrawal) use the standard form which can be found at para 18.


If you end the contract for any reason after the products have been dispatched to you or you have received them, you must return them to us. If you are exercising your right to change your mind you must send off the products within 14 days of telling us you wish to end the contract.

We ask you to contact Customer Services before returning any products by emailing info-uk@flokk.com or by calling +44(0)20 8683 9930 to be sent a return label.

You must attach a copy of the Order Confirmation or Return Label together with your Product or other information that would enable us to identify your purchase.

The goods must be returned at your own expenses during business hours, carriage paid, in perfect condition in their original packaging, with the Returns Note enclosed. For your protection we advise using a recorded delivery service and obtain a 'Proof of Posting Certificate'. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Please note, non-standard options such as a coccyx cut-out, bespoke stitching, customised fabrics, or memory foam seat are non-returnable.

If products are returned damaged or without packaging a refund might not be possible and reasonable charges may apply.

If you believe you may wish to return an item, do not assemble it. Our products cannot be disassembled without specialist equipment and will result in visible damage that we will charge you for.

We will refund the monetary value of the items returned to us, at the price you purchased them, but not the delivery charge

We will pay the costs of return in the following circumstances:
• if what you have bought is faulty or misdescribed;
• we have told you about an upcoming change to the product or these terms which you do not agree;
• we have told you about an error in the price or description of the product you have ordered and you do not wish to proceed; or
• you have a legal right to end the contract because of something we have done wrong.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is faulty/damaged, please contact us to advise when the item is packaged up and ready for collection. If you do not wish to take advantage of this free collection service, you are more than welcome to return the item at your own expense.
If goods are returned due to a fault on the item, this will be tested and if faulty, a replacement will be issued. If no fault is found, the item will be returned back to you.
Please note that if you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a full refund, then place a new order (which will include delivery costs again).


When we receive the products, we will check it and you will be repaid the amount you paid us at the time of purchase, with deductions of the Delivery charge.and potential damage to the product. We will return the amount no later than 14 days from the day we received the product. Such amount will always be transferred to the same means of payment with which you paid the purchase.


Flokk Warranty covers defects, such as defects in material and production from the date of manufacture of the product. The warranty covers all the necessary spare parts. Wear and tear is calculated according to normal use and is not covered by the warranty. Unless otherwise stated, the maximum weight for users is 110 kilo. The warranty is conditional on the product and textiles/leather are handled with normal cleaning. The warranty does not cover the consequence of wear and stains when choosing a light color of plastic, metal components or fabric.


Flokk offers a 10-year warranty on all HÅG- and RH-products and accessories, which are normally used up to 9 hours a day. For PROFIM- products, Flokk offers a 5-year warranty.


Our work chairs have been tested and approved in accordance with EN 1335, which is a European standard for office chairs taking into account the chair's dimensions, safety requirements and safety test methods. The European standards are based on 8 hours of daily use by persons weighing up to 110 kilo. Contact us for further information or test reports.


The consideration of the environment is at the core of our activities. All of our chairs are made of reusable materials. A complete list of the recyclable materials used for each product and their environmental commodity declaration (ISO 14025-EPD) may be requested. Flokk has been certified in accordance with OSP 14001. Nearly all of our products have been certified by GREENGUARD Environmental Institute's certification program, showing that our products do not cause harmful emissions.

You may only transfer your rights or your obligations under these terms to another person if we agree to this in writing.

This contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.

Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.

If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking this contract, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date.

These terms are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in the English courts. If you live in Scotland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.
