Connection, a British furniture brand established in Huddersfield in 1997, recently moved to new headquarters in Yorkshire and was acquired by Flokk in February 2022, expanding its product portfolio.

Legacy

Established in Huddersfield, UK in 1997, Connection is a British brand with British sourcing and manufacturing at its heart.

Having grown from humble beginnings, once creating a limited range of operator and task seating chairs, Connection is now a large-scale, established designer and manufacturer of a diverse collection of furniture products.

Still based in Yorkshire, UK, Connection continues to expand following a move to a brand new state of the art Head Quarters and manufacturing facilities in the Autumn of 2022. Here experts work alongside state of the art design, prototyping, production and upholstery facilities.

Acquired in February 2022 by Flokk, Connection now forms part of a wider group. We share an aligned vision, common values, and a passion for furniture design. Together we now share an unrivalled portfolio of products that are well positioned to respond to the ongoing fluidity of the workplace.

All our products are designed to support the

understand wholeheartedly that the world of work is an ever-changing beast, which requires agility, creativity and commitment to deliver products that meet the needs of the modern worker.

having multiple functions, allowing them to adapt to every environment and conform to the needs of everyone, to increase their productivity and wellbeing, both mental and physical.

We do things differently. In an industry of me-too products and brands, we go against the grain to bring out solutions, spaces and messages that defy convention and go some way to shaping our industry. Over the past few years, we have become the industry leaders in multiple workplace trends,
becoming the definitive brand for Resimercial, Work Café and Furnitecture.

It’s important for us to be different. It’s what sets us apart from the rest. Having started life as a humble manufacturer of task seating, we now dare to be different, delivering products that change spaces and the people within them. Although often imitated, we are never matched by our rivals in what we produce.
