The story behind RH Logic

The new RH Logic is the result of a five year long process, where our developers have collaborated closely with designers Jonas Stokke and Øystein Austad. The driving force has been to make the chair accessible and comfortable to use but also to manage and to look at. Partners and architects were involved early on in the process and a number of users have provided crucial input during several stages of testing and development.

The sustainable performance

Sustainability and environmental efficiency is a big part of the RH Logic. The chair is designed to be long lasting and to make the lowest possible environmental impact throughout its life cycle – from raw material extraction to end-of-life. This is why all parts are easy to replace and disassemble.

The ergonomics of RH Logic

RH Logic is full of ergonomic features, where all parts of the chair are optimised for you to sit in the best possible way. It’s about sitting upright while at the same time being in motion to increase oxygen supply to the blood thus improving concentration. The chair always provides an upright posture with backrest support and variation through different sitting positions for different work situations.

How & Why to adjust

Because everyone's physical needs are different, it's important to adjust the chair to provide the most comfortable and supportive position for each individual's tasks. Always start with the basic setting – these will remain the same while using the chair. A key advantage is that you only need to adjust the basic setting once.
