The terms and conditions of sale, together with the order confirmation, constitute the full terms of the agreement for your purchase. You must be 18 years of age to shop at flokk.com.
Consumer purchases are governed by the terms and conditions of sale set out below. Online consumer purchases are primarily governed by the Contracts Act, the Consumer Sales Act, the Marketing Act, the Right of Withdrawal Act and the E-Commerce Act, and these laws provide consumers with protection and rights. The Acts are available at www.lovdata.no. The terms of this agreement shall not be construed as any limitation on statutory rights, but set out the parties’ key rights and obligations in relation to the transaction.
THE AGREEMENT
The agreement consists of these terms and conditions of sale, information provided during the ordering process and any separately agreed terms. In the event of any conflict between the information, the terms specifically agreed between the parties shall prevail, provided that this does not conflict with mandatory legislation. The agreement is also supplemented by relevant statutory provisions governing the sale of goods between traders and consumers. The agreement is binding on both parties once the buyer has confirmed their order to the seller.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices include VAT and are in Norwegian kroner. The prices listed include all charges relating to the purchase.
You can choose to pay by Visa or Mastercard. If you use a credit or debit card, the purchase amount will be reserved on your card when you place your order. Your card will be charged on the day the item is dispatched.
An order confirmation and receipt will be sent by email.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
The colours displayed may appear in different shades on your device than the colour of the finished product. The appearance of the colour depends, among other things, on your screen resolution. Please contact us if you would like to know more or need help choosing the right colour.
DELIVERY
Your goods will be delivered to your home by our delivery partner Schenker (HÅG) or DSV (RH). The standard delivery time from order to delivery is 3–4 weeks from the date we receive your order.
In towns and cities, deliveries take place between 4 pm and 9 pm. In smaller towns, deliveries are made according to a schedule that includes both daytime and evening deliveries. Our supplier will contact the recipient by text message prior to delivery to arrange a time. We deliver throughout Norway.
If your order is delayed, we will contact you to let you know when we expect to be able to deliver it. On the day we dispatch your order from our warehouse, we will send you an email containing the delivery’s tracking number so that you can track your parcel. This email will be sent to the email address you provided when placing your order. You will then receive a tracking number from the carrier.
TRANSPORT DAMAGE
If the product is damaged during delivery, please notify Flokk’s customer service immediately by email: info-no@flokk.com. We are required to report transport damage to the carrier 1–3 days after delivery, and it is therefore important – and of great significance to us – that you report the damage before this period expires. This applies to both visible and hidden transport damage. If the damage is visible, you should notify the driver of this upon receipt of the consignment and ask the driver to note the damage on your copy of the consignment note. Always remember to keep the packaging in case of a return or complaint, so that it can be handled correctly.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal expires 14 days after the day you received your delivery. If you have ordered several different items in a single order, which are delivered in separate parcels, the right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the last item.
We allow you to cancel parts of your order. Under the right of withdrawal, you have 14 days from receipt of the goods to notify us that you wish to cancel all or part of your order. If you are only cancelling part of your order, you must let us know which items you wish to return.
Please contact customer service before returning an item, by emailing info-no@flokk.com. This will ensure that we are properly notified of your wish to cancel your purchase, and that the process of exercising your right of withdrawal and returning the item goes as smoothly as possible.
HOW TO RETURN IT
Returns must be made without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation with the product, or provide other information that enables us to identify your purchase.
It is important that you keep the original packaging in good condition, as you will need it for any returns. We do not accept returns of items that are not packed in their original packaging, as this may result in damage to the product.
If you wish to return your chair after having already assembled it, we will send you special packaging for returning the chair. Please email info-no@flokk.com to have this packaging sent to you. Delivery takes between 1–2 weeks. Send an email to info-no@flokk.com to receive a return label. We will deduct the cost of returning the item to us from the refund amount. It costs NOK 700 per chair to return an item to us if you use the return label.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the product, and you bear the risk for the product from the moment it is delivered to you until it has been returned to us. Please therefore keep the proof of postage and the tracking number when returning your item to us. We do not accept parcels without packaging or parcels sent cash on delivery.
REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE
Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and refund the amount you paid us at the time of purchase, minus the cost of the return postage if you use our return label. If the product has depreciated in value, we will deduct the amount for which you are liable. We will refund the amount no later than 14 days from the date we received the item. The amount will always be transferred to the same payment method you used to pay for the purchase.
COMPLAINT
The Consumer Sales Act applies to your purchase. If you wish to make a complaint about your purchase, please contact our customer service team by sending an email to info-no@flokk.com.
WARRANTY
Flokk’s warranty covers faults, such as defects and faults in materials and workmanship, from the product’s date of manufacture. The warranty covers all necessary spare parts. Labour and transport costs are not covered. Wear and tear is assessed on the basis of normal use and is not covered by the warranty. Unless otherwise stated, the maximum user weight is 110 kg. The warranty is conditional upon the product and fabrics/leather being maintained through normal cleaning. The warranty does not cover the consequences of wear and tear or stains when choosing a light colour for plastic, metal components or fabric.
WARRANTY PERIOD
Flokk offers a 10-year warranty on all HÅG and RH products and accessories, provided they are used for up to 9 hours a day under normal conditions. Please also see the general warranty terms and conditions here.
QUALITY
Flokk is ISO 9001 certified. Our office chairs have been tested and approved in accordance with EN 1335, a European standard for office chairs that takes into account the chair’s dimensions, safety requirements and safety testing methods. The European standards are based on 8 hours’ daily use by people weighing up to 110 kg. Contact us for further

Environmental considerations are at the heart of our business. All our chairs are made from recyclable materials. A full list of the recyclable materials used in each product and their Environmental Product Declaration (ISO 14025-EPD) is available on request. Flokk is certified to ISO 14001. Almost all our products are certified by the GREENGUARD Environmental Institute’s certification programme, which demonstrates that our products do not cause harmful emissions.

COMPLAINTS
If you wish to make a complaint about your purchase, please contact info-no@flokk.com. You should submit your complaint within a reasonable time after the fault has been discovered or should have been discovered. If we are unable to find a satisfactory solution, you may, provided the conditions are met, submit a complaint to the Consumer Council for mediation, telephone 23 40 05 00 or www.forbrukerradet.no.
The European Commission’s online complaints portal can also be used if the conditions are met and you wish to make a complaint. This is particularly relevant if, as a consumer, you are resident in another EU country. The complaint should be submitted to: https://ec.europa.eu/odr.
