These terms and conditions apply when you, as a user, shop at Flokk.com. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

The terms and conditions of sale, together with your order confirmation, constitute the full terms of the contract for your purchase. You must be 18 years of age to shop at flokk.com.

Consumer purchases are governed by the terms and conditions of sale set out below. Online consumer purchases are primarily governed by the Contracts Act, the Consumer Sales Act, the Marketing Act, the Right of Withdrawal Act and the E-Commerce Act; these laws provide consumers with protection and rights. The laws are available at rkrattsbaser.gov.se.

The terms of this agreement shall not beconstrued as limiting any statutory rights, but set out the parties’ key rights and obligations in relation to the purchase.

THE AGREEMENT

The agreement consists of these terms and conditions of sale, the information provided in the ordering process, and any specifically agreed terms. In the event of any discrepancy between these provisions, the terms specifically agreed between the parties shall take precedence, provided that they do not conflict with statutory regulations. The agreement is further supplemented by the relevant statutory provisions governing the sale of goods between a trader and a consumer.


The agreement is binding on both parties once the buyer has confirmed their order to the seller.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices include VAT and are in Swedish kronor. The prices shown include all fees and additional costs associated with the purchase. You can choose to pay by Visa or Mastercard, and we use Nets’ payment solution. When you use a credit or debit card, the purchase amount is reserved on the card at the time of ordering. The card will be charged on the same day the goods are dispatched. An order confirmation and receipt will be sent via email.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

The colours shown may appear on your screen in a slightly different shade to the actual colour of the finished product. The appearance of the colour depends, among other things, on your screen resolution. Please contact us if you would like to know more or need help choosing the right colour.

DELIVERY

Your item will be delivered free of charge to your home, to your front door or property boundary. The standard delivery time is 2–5 weeks from the date we receive your order. Delivery is carried out by Schenker or DSV to the address you provided when placing your order. We deliver throughout Sweden. The chair is delivered unassembled in a box, along with assembly instructions for easy assembly.

If there is a delay with your order, we will contact you to let you know when we expect to be able to deliver it. On the same day that we dispatch the order from the warehouse, we will send an email with the delivery tracking number so that you can track your parcel. This email will be sent to the email address you provided when placing your order. You will then receive a text message directly from Schenker.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE

If the product is damaged during delivery, please notify Flokk’s customer service immediately by email info-se@flokk.comor by phone on 0380-555380. Flokk must report transport damage to the carrier within 1–3 days of delivery, and it is therefore important and of great significance to us that you report the damage before this period expires. This applies to both visible and hidden transport damage. If the damage is visible, you should inform the driver of this upon receipt of the consignment and also note the damage on the consignment note, which you then sign. Remember to always keep the packaging for any returns or complaints, so that it can be transported correctly.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under the Right of Withdrawal Act, as a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The right of withdrawal expires 14 days after the day you receive your delivery. If you have ordered several different items in one order, which are delivered in separate parcels, the right of withdrawal runs from the day you receive the last item. We offer you the option to cancel part of your purchase. If you are only cancelling part of your purchase, please let us know which items you wish to return.

Before returning an item, please contact customer service by telephone on 0380-555380 or by email info-se@flokk.com. You can also use the standard form provided at the bottom of the terms and conditions of sale. This ensures that we have received clear notification that you wish to cancel your purchase and that we can process your cancellation and return as smoothly as possible.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Returns must be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days afteryou have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation with the goods or other information that enables us to identify your purchase.

Please contact customer service for information on how to return the item. We will deduct SEK 650 per chair – the cost of returning the item to us – from the refund amount. You are responsible for the item until Flokk has received your return. Therefore, please keep the proof of postage and tracking number when returning your item to us. We do not accept parcels without packaging or parcels sent cash on delivery.

REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE

Once we receive the item, we will inspect it, and you will be refunded the amount you paid for the purchase, minus the cost of the return postage if you use our return label. If the item has lost value, we will deduct the amount for which you are liable. We will refund the amount within 14 days of receiving the item. The refund will always be made to the same payment method you used to pay for the purchase.

COMPLAINT

The right of withdrawal under the Sale of Goods Act applies to your purchase. This means that, as a consumer, you have a two-year right to make a complaint regarding defects in the goods that existed at the time of delivery. WARRANTY

In addition to the right of withdrawal under the Sale of Goods Act, Flokk offers a warranty covering faults such as defects and material or manufacturing faults from the date of manufacture. The warranty covers all necessary spare parts. Labour and transport costs are not covered. Wear and tear resulting from normal use is not covered by the warranty. Unless otherwise stated, the maximum user weight is 110 kg. The warranty is conditional upon the product and textiles/leather being maintained through normal cleaning. The warranty does not cover the consequences of wear and tear or stains when you choose a light colour for plastic, metal components or upholstery.

Flokk offers a 10-year warranty on all HÅG and RH products and accessories, provided they are used normally for up to 9 hours a day. For Profim products, Flokk offers a 5-year warranty. Please also see the general warranty terms and conditions.

QUALITY

Flokk is ISO 9001 certified. Our chairs are tested and approved in accordance with EN 16139, EN 1729 and EN 1335. These European standards are based on up to 9 hours of daily use by people weighing up to 110 kg. Please contact us for further information or test reports.

ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY AND SUSTAINABILITY

Environmental consideration is at the heart of our business. All our chairs are made from recyclable materials. A full list of the recyclable materials used in each product and its Environmental Product Declaration (ISO 14025-EPD) can be provided on request. Flokk is certified to ISO 14001. The majority of our products are certified by the GREENGUARD Environmental Institute’s certification programme, which demonstrates that our products do not cause any harmful emissions.

COMPLAINTS

If you wish to make a complaint regarding your purchase, please contact info-se@flokk.comor tel. 0380-555 380. You should submit your complaint within a reasonable time of the fault being discovered. If we are unable to find a satisfactory solution, you may, provided the conditions are met, lodge a complaint to the Swedish Consumer Agency, 0771–525525 info@hallakonsument.se, www.hallakonsument.se

The European Commission’s online complaints portal can also be used if the conditions are met and you wish to lodge a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a user residing in another EU country. The complaint should be submitted to: ec.europa.eu/odr
