Order
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. As soon as your order is processed, you will receive a further email providing an estimated delivery date. When your order is shipped, we will send you an update with a specific delivery date.
Business orders
Representing a business? Please, contact our customer service and they will guide you and send you a quote.
Prices and payment.
All prices are listed in NOK including VAT. You can pay with Visa or Mastercard. When you place your order, the amount will be pre-authorised from your account, with the transaction completing when your order is shipped
Delivery
All items are built on demand and delivered at your home. To make it easy for you, all our products are delivered free of charge. Our delivery covers all of Norway, except Svalbard. All orders are fulfilled by our logistics partner Schenker. Delivery times are between 08:00- 22:00, depending on your location. Schenker will contact you with more specific delivery information when the consignment is on its way. If your order is delayed, you will be contacted by customer service.
Order cancellation
If you want to cancel your order, please contact our customer service by email via info-no@flokk.com or by phone on +47 72 40 72 40 as soon as possible. If you have already received your order, you have up to 14 days right of return. Please contact our customer service before returning any products so we can provide you with a return label.
Returns
All returns must be dispatched to us as soon as possible and at the latest 14 days after you notified us about the cancellation. Our customer service will send you a pdf with a shipping return label to stick on the box. When returning you consignment, place the delivery note inside the package so that we can track your order when it arrives at our warehouse. The cost for each return is NOK 650 per chair and will be withdrawn from your eventual refund
Refunds
When we receive your returned product, we will conduct checks before refunding the amount excluding the return cost. Payment will be refunded at the latest 14 days from the day we received the return. The amount will be credited to the account you used when purchasing

There are Flokk showrooms in major cities all around the world, where you can see most of our portfolio in person, as well as hear from our expert sales teams about the benefits and various customisations possible.

Our lead times vary based on where you are located, and what products you are looking for. To ensure that all of our customers have the very best quality, all of our products are made to order. Flokk have a 'fast' range of fabrics with shorter lead times, whilst heavy customisation and textiles from our extended and special collections may take longer. It could be as little as 5 working days up to 6 weeks.
