• The HÅG Tion grew out of an intensive research project that spanned seven European countries to interview a variety of people in their everyday work lives. The goal was to search for signs and patterns that could inform the desires of a shifting office culture. Inquiries span from the adaptability of our seating environments to circular design for manufacturing to the psychological impacts of our workspaces.

  • With these intentions the workshops were filled with laughter and exchange of stories, a spirited gathering of designers and thinkers that meshed into a collaborative network that inspired each other. What emerged was an idea of a chair foretelling the post pandemic world, and a chair of our times.
